awful day in sports

Pretty much a terrible weekend in the sporting world for New England fans (at least the Celtics didn't lose). To start, BC lost to FSU after their starting QB got hurt in the second half. Then the Pats got blown out in an awful game at the Carolina Panthers stadium. The Red Sox got lit up after Clement gave up something like 7 runs in the 1st. To top it all off, I didn't play McNabb on my fantasy team because I thought he was gonna be hurt, then he goes and throws for 5 TD's. I played Vick instead and he ran for like 50 yards and threw for a TD (not so good in fantasay football). Most importantly though, Jamal Lewis is pretty much dead to me after only getting me one fantasy point in the whole game. Next week, Cadillac Williams will be taking over for Lewis (I think prison may have affected Jamal's game).

On a lighter note, Family Guy was one of the funniest I've ever seen tonight. Probably the most notable quote was when the guys were out on the boat playing "Never Have I Ever" and Quagmier is WASTED. They're trying to end the game by coming up with the most outrageous things possible. Peter says "I've never given a reach around to a spider monkey while reciting the pledge of allegiance" and Quagmier drinks. I had to leave the room.
